Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation included with the product must be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

How to Initiate a Return

  • JacketStyle is not responsible for lost returns without proof of delivery.

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Partial Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:
