Refund and Exchange Guidelines
If your item has an issue such as an incorrect size, design, or colour that does not match the product shown online, you may request a return or exchange. To initiate the process:
- Contact us within 7 business days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the item being worn and a close-up of the collar tag. Highlight the specific issues you’ve encountered.
- To qualify for a return or exchange, ensure your request (including the required images) is submitted within 7 days, and the return is completed within 30 days.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
A refund may be issued if:
- The product is defective.
- No modifications have been made to the item.
- The tags and labels remain intact and have not been removed.
- The product is unused and in its original condition as delivered.
- The issue is verified as our fault (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect order).
We will issue a refund or exchange based on your preference.
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Multiple similar items in different sizes are ordered and then returned.
- The item is a customised or bespoke order.
- Tags and labels have been removed.
- You wish to exchange the item.
- You change your mind, ordered the wrong item, or exceeded the 30-day return period.
- The customer is unwilling to cover the return shipment and original delivery costs.
Return Process
Once you submit a complaint, our team will review your request to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above. If approved, you will be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. This code must be attached to the shipping box when returning the item.
Please note:
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment and the original postage costs.
- If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, we will provide the replacement at no additional cost for the product itself. However, the shipping costs associated with the exchange will be your responsibility and depend on the item’s weight and size.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number
The RMA number is a unique identifier for your return. It helps us and the shipping company verify the product is being returned for exchange or service. Simply attach the RMA number to the package—no need to include additional address details.
Customs Duties
Customs fees vary by country. At Jacketstyle, we mark shipments as “free shipping” and label them as gifts to minimise the likelihood of additional charges. However, if customs fees are applied, they are the buyer’s responsibility to pay.
Restocking Fee
A ÂŁ30 restocking fee will be charged to cover the costs of handling and repackaging returned items.
